You are welcome to
come to Yoga classes no matter how inflexible or unfit your
body is and whether you are a beginner or quite experienced.
In fact, anyone who can breathe can practise Yoga! The teacher
will show you how to adapt the poses and breathing practices
to suit your capabilities and needs. You will not be forced
to do something your body is not ready for. At the same time,
the teacher will ensure that there is a manageable degree
of challenge for you, so that your body increases in strength
and flexibility and your mind is engaged.
In Music of universal
peace we use the tools of Yoga, especially postures, breathing
practices, meditation and self observation, to enhance physical
health and fitness, release stress, tension and mental disturbance
and, if we want, to explore ourselves.
