Towards a Meditation with Sound

In the study of religion the control of the mind is necessary. In training the mind the first step is to begin with the breathing.

Indulekha offers a seven days course to develop your natural voice, powerful breathing exercise bringing music expression and a study of mantras and traditional South Indian raga.
