| Towards a
Meditation with Sound
In the study of religion the control of the mind is necessary.
In training the mind the first step is to begin with the breathing.
Indulekha offers a seven
days course to develop your natural voice, powerful breathing
exercise bringing music expression and a study of mantras
and traditional South Indian raga.
The course offers a way to explore the
relationship between nature, sound, body, mind and being through
devotional singing of mantras. When we sing mantras and meditate
together as a group the life energy of all those present will
find peace and harmony.
